The City of Rockville’s inauguration ceremony for the 66th Mayor and Council of Rockville, held today at the Fitzgerald Theatre of Rockville, Maryland, included the swearing-in of Mayor Bridget Donnell Newton and councilmembers Monique Ashton, Beryl L. Feinberg, David Myles and Mark Pierzchala.
