The number of vacant homes in Montgomery County was more than 1,500 in the third quarter of 2018, a 68-unit decrease over what it was a year ago, according to real estate numbers reported by ATTOM Data Solutions.

On Dec. 22, 2017, William N. and Adele J. Redisch and Redisch Family Trust purchased a property at 5809 Nicholson Lane, N. Bethesda from Beulah Amended and Restated (Trust) Apatoff and Ronald T Apatoff for $920,000.
