Convene in open session to vote on a motion to go into closed session pursuant to Sections 3-305(b)(4), 3-305(b)(7) and 3-305(b)(8) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to 1) consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business or industrial organization to locate, expand, or remain in the City; 2) to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice; and 3) to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation.
