Rep. Jamie Raskin, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Maryland's 8th district, recently shared a series of tweets addressing issues related to constitutional violations and threats to public integrity. Known for his legislative experience and academic background from Harvard University, Raskin expressed concerns over various national matters.

On February 14, 2025, Rep. Raskin took to Twitter to announce his address on the House Floor regarding what he described as "constitutional crimes" occurring in Washington D.C. He stated, "Today, I took to the House Floor to make an urgent PSA about constitutional crimes taking place in the nation’s capital." He further accused Elon Musk of being a "serial constitutional violator," associating him with spreading corruption and authoritarianism.

Later that day, Raskin directed a message at Attorney General Bondi via Twitter concerning potential dismissals within the Public Integrity Section. He urged against such actions by stating, "To AG Bondi—Halt now the threatened firing of the excellent lawyers in the Public Integrity Section." Raskin emphasized that there was no justification for terminating public servants committed to upholding integrity.

On February 15, 2025, Raskin commented on issues related to media freedom and political influence abroad. He criticized certain political figures' actions towards journalists and news outlets: "After Vance demands firing of a WSJ reporter who covered the racist posts of a Musk aide...Vance lectures Europe about free speech—to mask his dangerous embrace of the extreme Right in Germany." This tweet highlighted concerns over threats against journalistic independence and international relations.
