City of Rockville issued the following announcement on Jan. 10.
It's cold out there! Take precautions to protect yourself and others. If you see someone in need, call Montgomery County’s 24-Hour Crisis Center Hotline at 240-777-4000. Anyone in Montgomery County who is in an emergency situation and needs assistance to stay warm can visit the center at 1301 Piccard Drive in Rockville.
