City of Gaithersburg Planning Commission met November 20. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the commission:

1. Call to Order

The Regular Session of the Planning Commission was called to order at 7:30 PM with Chair John Bauer presiding.

4. From Staff

      A. SDP-7927-2018: 700 Quince Orchard Road, Staff recommends the Planning Commission announce the reopening of their record until 5 p.m., December 28, 2018

      Planning Division Chief Schwarz

      · Reported that on November 14, 2018, the applicant for SDP-7927-2018 -700 Quince Orchard Road, requested to reopen the City Council's and Planning Commission's records in order to submit a phased plan for the project. She voiced staff's recommendation that the Commission reopen the record until 5:00 p.m., December 28, 2018. She noted that staff will present a recommendation on the aforementioned plan at the regular meeting on January 2, 2019. The Commission concurred.
