Chevy Chase Village Board of Managers will meet on November 15. 

Here is the agenda as provided by the board:

1. Meeting Called to Order


      Ms. Elissa Leonard, Board Chair

2. Approval of Minutes from the Previous Board of Managers’ Meeting

      Regular Monthly Meeting—October 8, 2018

3. Treasurer’s Report

      Mr. Gary Crockett, Board Treasurer

4. Special Permit Request

      A-7418 (a) & (b): Mr. Robert W. Pommer, III and Ms. Virginia R. Pommer 5614 Kirkside Drive

      Replace and widen the existing concrete driveway. The proposed driveway would measure:

      (a) A maximum of eighteen feet, four inches (18’-4”) in width on private property, and;

      (b) A maximum of sixteen feet, ten inches (16’-10”) in width in the Kirkside Drive public right-of-way.

5. Matters Presented for Board Consideration and Possible Action

      Invitations to Join Coalitions to Oppose Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Orders Pertaining to Deployment of Telecommunications Towers

       Appeal the FCC’s Small Cell Preemption Order

       File comments and reply comments opposing the FCC’s recent Franchise Fee Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

      Change of Phone Service Provider for the Village Hall to Address Service Interruptions

      Mr. Gary Crockett, Board Treasurer

      Purchase Authorization Request:

           Holiday Monetary Gifts from the Board to the Village Staff

6. Police Report

      Mr. John Fitzgerald, Police Chief

7. Manager’s Report

      Ms. Shana R. Davis-Cook, Village Manager
