Adjournment Vote on motion to go into Closed Session pursuant to Sections 3-305(b)(4) and 3-305(b)(7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to 1) consider a matter that concerns the proposal for a business to locate, expand, or remain in the City; and 2) consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.
