The case heard on this date was a request for compensation that involved Ms. Ana Rego, the tenant, and the Terano Apartments, Management Company of 5720 Fishers Lane. Ms. Ana Rego provided testimony on her own behalf. The Terano apartments were represented Ms. Alby Cruz and Ms. Stephani Cottman who provided testimony on behalf of the Terano Apartments, they were represented by attorney Michael Winer.
