4. Appeals

Special Permit A-7353(a) & (b): Ms. Clementine Illanes & Mr. Pablo H. Illanes, 125 Grafton Street

a) Replace and extend a wood picket fence in the Kirkside Drive and Grafton Streets public rights-of-way, measuring a maximum of four (4) feet in height and located less than three

(3) feet from the public sidewalk; and

b) Install a new wood picket fence with gate in the Grafton Street public right-of-way located less than three (3) feet from the public sidewalk.

Variance A-7354: Ms. Kelleeen Snider and Mr. Britt Snider, 11 East Lenox Street

Construct an expanded gable roof and trim which would encroach a maximum of twelve (12) inches forward of the twenty-five (25) foot front building restriction line (BRL). The existing gable and trim encroach eight (8) inches forward of the front BRL. The proposed gable would be no taller or wider than the existing roof.
