In the Maryland Statehouse and on Capitol Hill, Senator Cardin has been a thoughtful, hardworking, and honest representative for all. A staunch Democrat, He stood up for our principles but worked with any of the colleagues when it helped Maryland’s children, families and less fortunate. I extend my heartfelt thanks to you for your leadership and service. I hope he and his wife Myrna enjoy time together and success in your future endeavors," said Congressman Glenn Ivey.
