City Of Rockville issued the following announcement on Mar. 06.
This week, the City of Rockville is working on 58 identified bus stop improvement city wide. The scope of work includes the replacement of non-ADA-compliant passenger shelter benches, construction of ADA-required wheelchair landing pads, installation of amenities such as missing shelter benches, freestanding benches/leaning rails, installation of larger shelters at high-activity stops and relocation of litter receptacles and other equipment to remove sidewalk and shelter obstructions. The concrete work will start this week at the following locations:
