City Of Gaithersburg issued the following announcement on Dec. 03.
The Mayor & City Council and Planning Commission will conduct a Join Public Hearing on Monday, December 6 at 7:30pm to discuss amendments to the City's Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance.
The ordinance provides a mechanism & standards to evaluate and ensure that traffic, school, sewer, water and fire protection services are adequate, or will be adequate to serve the needs generated by land use development during the development approval process.
