City Of Rockville City Clerk issued the following announcement on Sep. 21.
The Montgomery County Lynching Memorial Project will hold a remembrance pilgrimage walk and soil collection ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 26 in Rockville.
Registration for the walk is now closed. Registration for the ceremony remains open.
