8.2 percent of Washington Adventist University students played sports on university teams in 2017-2018

In 2017-2018, 8.2 percent of Washington Adventist University students participated in collegiate sports, according to data made available by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

Washington Adventist University has 960 undergraduate students, of which 63 percent are women and 37 percent are men, and a total student body of 1,131 students. Of these students, 34 men and 59 women represented the school by participating in one or more of the sports with teams at the school.

This total does not include students playing intramural sports.

According to NCES, 8.7 percent of students enrolled at institutions of higher education with sports teams were on teams.

The sports at Washington Adventist University with the most participants are soccer (34), basketball (23) and softball (13).
