Report: 10.5% of Washington Adventist University students repaying loans are in default

Out of 369 Washington Adventist University students repaying loans in 2015, 39 were in default, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

That gives the four-year private school in Takoma Park a default rate of 10.5 percent for that year – 1.6 percentage points higher than in 2014 and 2.1 points higher than in 2013.

Washington Adventist University had 1 fewer student in default in 2015 than in 2014 and 3 fewer than in 2013.
