Analysis: Median home prices not keeping pace with wages in Montgomery County

Wage growth is outpacing home prices in Montgomery County and five other Maryland counties, according to an analysis of 432 counties nationwide by ATTOM Data Solutions in the second quarter.

Wages rose 2.8 percent in Montgomery County since last year. During the same period, median home prices in the county declined 0.2 percent.

Seven other Maryland counties saw median home prices outpace wages.
