Here is the minutes provided by the Council:

The Mayor and Council of Rockville attended the Twinbrook Neighborhood Meeting on April 10, 2018. City Manager Rob DiSpirito and Rockville City Police Department Acting Chief Bob Rappoport facilitated this meeting.

Mayor Bridget Donnell Newton, Councilmember Beryl L. Feinberg, Councilmember Virginia D. Onley, Councilmember Julie Palakovich Carr and Councilmember Mark Pierzchala attended this meeting.

Also Present: City Clerk/Director of Council Operations Kathleen Conway, City Manager Rob DiSpirito, Rockville City Police Department Acting Chief Bob Rappoport, Police Major Michael England, Police Lieutenant Andy Crawford, Senior Neighborhood Resources Coordinator Hjarman Cordero, Superintendent of Parks and Facilities Steve Mader, Parks Maintenance Manager Dianne Fasolina, Community Enhancement/Code Enforcement Supervisor Tom Howley, and Twinbrook Community Center Assistant Supervisor Khali Isreal

The meeting’s focus was safety concerns on the Twinbrook bike path, with a status update on actions that have occurred since March 6, 2018.

The meeting convened at the Twinbrook Recreation Center, 12920 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville, MD 20851 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting concluded at 8:15 p.m.
