Good News of the Day:
Last week, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office had three deputies graduate from the Maryland Chiefs of Police and Maryland Sheriffs Associations Aspiring Leaders Program. The purpose of the program is to prepare the future generation of leaders as they ascend to the next step in their law enforcement careers. The training provides a strong foundation of leadership strategies and core principles essential to any agency head or executive level leader. Participants had to be endorsed to attend by their respective Chief or Sheriff.
Congratulations to Captain Jim Johnson, Lieutenant Ralph Aloi, and Lieutenant Cindy Defriece. Best of luck as you progress throughout your careers!
