Meet Valeria Barba, 2022 GPARC Storm Drain Art Contest winner for her piece, "Operation: Save the Creatures." Valeria shares "These days, everyone wants things fast and straight to the point. So that’s exactly what I decided would be the most direct way to get my point across.
No beating around the bush… just MARYLAND and a MESSAGE." She'll be painting her artwork on a storm drain in Olde Towne this Sunday. Congrats!
