Concern for Missing Rockville Man
The Rockville City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Rockville man.
James Kinloch, age 81, of 300 block of Calvin Lane, was last seen leaving a doctor’s appointment at 50 West Edmonston Drive yesterday (02/18/22)at 4:00 p.m. on foot and has not returned. Mr. Kinloch suffers from dementia.
He is approximately 5’10”tall and weighs around 190 pounds. He has white hair and was last seen wearing an black leather jacket, blue pants, black shoes and a baseball hat.
Police and family are concerned for Kinloch’s welfare.
Anyone with information about Kinloch’s whereabouts is asked to call the Rockville City Police non-emergency line at 240-314-8900 (24-hour line).
