City Of Rockville issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
Sunday, Nov. 21 is World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. Action Committee for Transit, Families for Safe Streets and the Washington Area Bicyclist Association will gather to mark the day by gathering at 4:30 p.m. at Marian Fryer Town Plaza, 2424 Reedie Drive, above the Wheaton Metro Station.
