Pricing for the median home in North Potomac increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in North Potomac rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 53.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $722,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $720,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in North Potomac in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Potomac for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $7,690, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
