The first half of 2021: Aspen Hill experienced a 9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Aspen Hill rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 31.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 335 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 9% increase over the $417,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 254 homes sold in Aspen Hill in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Aspen Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,567, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
