The first half of 2021: Home prices in Wheaton-Glenmont increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $40,100 while total sales increased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 292 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 10% increase over the $399,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 261 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in the first half of 2020.
