The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate David Trone, David Trone for Congress, Inc, refunded $250 to Gerard E. Evans on July 26, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

David Trone for Congress, Inc refunded $3,250 total since February 1.
