Baltimore City Health Department issued the following announcement on March 7.
Health Commissioner Dr. Letitia Dzirasa represented the Baltimore City Health Department at Senator Ben Cardin's "Preparing for COVID-19: Safeguarding Maryland's Public Health" discussion. Dozens of physicians, representives from all of Maryland's major hosptial systems, and thought leaders in infectious disease response convened to discuss Maryland's coordinated COVID-19 plan.
