1. CALL TO ORDER

The Regular Session of the Olde Towne Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:40 PM with Member Jef Fuller presiding.

Lacking a quorum, additional votes were sought via email from those who were not present.

3. DISCUSSION TOPICS

A. Neighborhood Revitalization Basics

Staff shared a presentation on local government's tools used to assist revitalization, focusing on real estate activity: land-banking, public sector as tenant, sale/leaseback, land write-down, eminent domain, land consolidation, acquisition & demolition.

B. "A Neighborhood Renewed" - A Story Map of Olde Towne

The group reviewed a "story map" of Olde Towne projects, an interactive application that describes the City's revitalization efforts with text, images and mapping.

4. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, the session was adjourned at 8:50 AM
