The case heard on this date was a request for the return of monies withheld from the security deposit of Evan Schulz and his wife, Sharolyn Kawakami-Schulz, the former tenants at 524 Meadow Hall Drive. Both the former tenants, and the agent for the property, David Goldberg, of Goldberg Group Property Management, provided testimony. The Commission suspended the hearing after eleven minutes, excused both parties, and discussed a legal matter involving notification of the owner. The parties were called back in and asked to seek a resolution. They were informed that without an agreement being reached, the matter would be continued before the Commission at a later date.
