Wednesday, March 26: Winston Churchill High School standout Jesse Lacefield’s college team loses to Johns Hopkins Blue Jays

On Wednesday, March 26, former Winston Churchill High School standout Jesse Lacefield’s current college team, the Catholic Cardinals, lost 9-0 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays.

The game took place at Talbot Field. This was their first matchup against the Blue Jays this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 3:30 p.m. at V. Earl Dickinson Stadium against Mary Washington Eagles.
