On Sunday, Feb. 16, former The Avalon School standout Michael Blaqman’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former The Avalon School standout Michael Blaqman’s current college team, the Southern Jaguars, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Prairie View A&M Panthers.

The game took place at Daikin Park. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Jaguars’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. at Skip Bertman Field @ Alex Box Stadium against LSU Tigers.
