Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) median home prices fell by 33.9% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County fell by $514,500 while total sales decreased by 80.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,005,000 - a 33.9 percent decrease from the $1,519,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Chevy Chase in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Chevy Chase for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $11,363, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for April.
