Median home prices in Aspen Hill fell to $443,000 in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Aspen Hill fell by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $443,000 - a 6.9% decrease over the $476,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Aspen Hill in February 2021.
