The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in North Bethesda fell by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 46.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $399,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in North Bethesda in February 2021.
