Amalgamated Transit Union issued the following announcement on Feb 19.
Today, on the last day of the ATU Northwest Conference Board meeting hosted by Local 1433-Phoenix, Arizona, Locals from across the U.S. and Canada gave their reports highlighting the incredible work they’ve done on behalf of their members as well as the challenges that lay ahead.
Each Local thanked President Costa and the International for offering critical support for their Locals. After these important updates, members gathered at Local 1433 for a solidarity BBQ where they heard from President Costa to close out the very productive week. Thank you to all of our Locals for attending and for everything you do!
