Clarksburg median home prices rose by 8.1% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Clarksburg rose by $40,050 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 231 homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $494,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in Clarksburg in 2020.
