Home prices increased in Ashton-Sandy Spring during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Ashton-Sandy Spring rose by $11,050 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $621,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $609,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the second half of 2020.
