Pricing for the median home in Poolesville decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Poolesville fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Poolesville in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Poolesville for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,649, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
