How did home prices perform in Aspen Hill during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Aspen Hill rose by $49,950 while total sales increased by 41.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 422 homes sold, with a median sale price of $479,950 - a 11.6% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 299 homes sold in Aspen Hill in the second half of 2020.
