Travilah home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Travilah rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,372,500 - a 1.3% increase over the $1,355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Travilah in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Travilah for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $12,551, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
