Rockville home prices fell in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Rockville fell by $80,000 while total sales increased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $580,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Rockville in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Rockville for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $6,455, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
