Median home prices in North Potomac rose to $877,500 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in North Potomac rose by $121,000 while total sales increased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $877,500 - a 16% increase over the $756,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in North Potomac in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Potomac for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $7,690, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
