The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Garrett Park fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Garrett Park fell by $31,250 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $748,750 - a 4% decrease over the $780,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Garrett Park in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Garrett Park for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $7,157, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
