Ashton-Sandy Spring median home prices rose by 22.2% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Ashton-Sandy Spring rose by $115,000 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $632,500 - a 22.2% increase over the $517,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the third quarter of 2020.
