The third quarter of 2021: Kemp Mill experienced a 18.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Kemp Mill rose by $87,550 while total sales increased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $572,500 - a 18.1% increase over the $484,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Kemp Mill in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Kemp Mill for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,745, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
