Home prices decreased in North Bethesda during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in North Bethesda fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 45.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 260 homes sold, with a median sale price of $487,500 - a 0.3% decrease over the $489,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 179 homes sold in North Bethesda in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Bethesda for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,862, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
