Pricing for the median home in Aspen Hill increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Aspen Hill rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 53.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 216 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Aspen Hill in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Aspen Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,567, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
