Median home prices in Germantown rose to $360,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Germantown rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 64.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 489 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 297 homes sold in Germantown in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,515, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
