Home prices decreased in Fairland during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Fairland fell by $30,550 while total sales increased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,450 - a 8% decrease over the $382,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Fairland in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Fairland for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,377, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
