Fairland median home prices fell by 17.6% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Fairland fell by $72,500 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,500 - a 17.6% decrease over the $411,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Fairland in September 2020.
